Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the BETANOVA app (the "App"), provided by BETANOVA, 16 rue de l'Armée Patton, 54000 Nancy, France. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's agreement, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App, except where the law allows it.
Your content
The wishes, notes and other content you enter belong to you. They are stored only on your device and we have no access to them. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
Use the App only for lawful purposes and do not use it to store content that infringes the rights of others.
No guarantee of data storage
Because your data is stored only on your device, it can be lost if the device is lost, damaged or reset, or if you delete the App without a backup. We cannot recover data for you.
Price
The App is free. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
